Teagan's Sugery 2-18-2010

Last Thursday Teagan had to have a little surgery. When he was born his muscles were twisted on his man parts so he had to have that fixed. Everything went great with the surgery. He didn't even cry once. He was flirting with the nurses the whole time lol. I was so sad when they took him back. We couldn't be with him when they knocked him out and that made me really sad. Once everything was done the doctor came and talked to us to let us know everything went good. Then we got to go back and see him. He was still a little groggy and it was so cute how he just wanted to snuggle with me.

Now it's a week later and you wouldn't even think anything happend to him. Even the day we brought him home he just wanted to army crawl and play. He has been such a trooper. He got his bandanges off on Tuesday and is healing up nicely. We are so proud of our little boy.

2 Sisters 1 Heart Race 2-13-10

Last weekend our family did the two sisters one heart race and it was so much fun. I did the 5k and finished in 31 min. I was a little sad about my time. I know I could and should have done better. I am just proud of myself for finishing it. So far it's the longest race I have done : ) I did end up finding out that I took 1st place in my age group ( 20-24) so I was really excited about that. It made me feel like less of a slow poke haha. I even get a trophy!

Jordan , Briley and Baylee did the 1 mile run. I am so proud of my girls. The finished so strong. They were not to excited at first to do it but after they finished they they felt so much better. They ran so fast and never gave up. Who know's maybe we will become one of those families who run tons of races together haha. I may have to trick Jordan into it though lol.

7 Months Old

Today Teagan turned 7 months. I can't believe it. I swear when you are pregnant it feels like your due date will never arrive but then once you have your little one the time fly's by.

Teagan is trying to crawl. One morning he finally figured out how to get on his knee's up and by that night he was rocking. He Likes to try and bear crawl. It is the funniest thing to watch. His new thing is to pull down his bumper when he wakes up from his nap to wait for me to come in. He has been getting his arm caught as you can see lol. What am I going to do with this boy.

Baylee shared her ice cream cone with him the other weekend and he loved it. He could not get enough of it. As you can see it is all over his face haha. He is starting to copy things that people do. He can say Dadda, clap his hands, and just this week he was watching Little Einsteins and was patting his legs and making the sound that they were. I couldn't believe it. He is too smart!

Our little boy is getting so big. The last 7 months have been great. We couldn't have asked for a better gift. He brings so much love and joy to all of our lives. I can't wait to see the new little tricks he is going to start doing this month.

London's Run 210

So this past Saturday Jordan, his brother Rick and I did London's run. It was so much fun. Jordan and I did the 2 mile. I wanted to do the 10K but was still a little to scared to take it on lol. I have been getting bad shin splints and I didn't want it to hold me back on that many miles. We ended up finishing our 2 miles under 17 mins! I was really proud of us. I wanted to be able to run my miles in 8mins to 8 mins 30 sec. and I did. Jordan has not ran since Pat Tillman last year so I was so proud of how well he did. I was ahead of him the whole time until the very end where he past me. He beat me by about 10sec. I had so much fun and can't wait to run my 5k in two weeks for Two Sisters One Heart : )

The Holidays 2009

So I know this is a little late but I wanted to get some pictures up from the holidays. We went to Las Vegas for Thanksgiving. It was so great to see my family and some friends. For Christmas this year we stayed down here in the Valley. It was nice to start our own tradition but was still sad not being in Snowflake.

I love how pretty the Temple looks.

01-10-2010 Teagan Turns 6 Months

So I am a little late on this blog lol. Our little Teagan has turned 6 months! I can't believe it. He is getting to be such a big boy. He is all over the place. I can barely change his diaper without having to fight him lol. It's almost like he has velcrow ( I don't think I spelled that right lol) stuck to his hands. Everything that is anywhere near him he gets ahold of. He is way to smart. On his 6 month b-day I made him a cake and gave him half for his half b-day. He loved it. At first he didn't know what it was but then after he tasted it he didn't want to stop haha. I really don't think there is any food this boy wont eat. He is so skinny but he eats like a big kid. I swear sometimes I can't believe how much he eats. He must burn a lot of calories moving all day.

Holiday Time

Today we went to our ward Christmas Breakfast and it was super yummy. The kids had fun and got to take a picture with Santa.
